Sunny and warm, Kawarau Cottage is located on our vineyard and orchard - a stunning riverfront location with expansive river and mountain views, in the heart of the Central Otago wine region and bike trail network. There are two sunny bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchenette/living includes a microwave, benchtop hob, fridge freezer, dining table, four chairs and two comfortable couches. There is a large sunny and sheltered outdoor area, outdoor dining furniture and barbeque. Off-street parking, private access and plenty of room for your boat, cars etc. We are proud to be part of the Central Otago Lake Dunstan Trail, and part of the new track is on the roadside, connecting to the Bannockburn part of the Lake Dunstan Trail. We have two older-style bikes you are welcome to borrow (please check for availability). At certain times of the year, we are happy to discuss your well-behaved pet joining you.
