2 night minimum stay. A modern house minutes from the harbour, Victorian Precinct, cafes and blue penguin viewing. Great layout, indoor outdoor flow to a decked area. Has 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and roomy lounge and dining area. Books and toys for children in playroom. Sheltered, private and safe for children in your own little oasis. No access to wardrobe in main bedroom or garage.

Centrally located. Easy access to town for restaurants and shopping, also the brilliant Public Gardens, Library, Swimming pool and of course the beautiful Harbour. Can walk straight down Arun street, down steps then cross this road and the lower part of Arun Street to renown Scotts Brewery, other restaurants or Blue Penguins viewing and the harbour.

This is such a comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our Christmas break there and using the house as a base to explore Oamaru. It is located just a couple of blocks up the hill from the old precinct and the penguin colony so a short but steep walk or a very quick drive.
