Across the road from the most photographed portion of Kuaotunu beach. 300 metres from boat ramp. Two bedroom 1970's weatherboard cottage. New kitchen/laundry. Sunny, fully fenced section. Short beach stroll to Kuaotunu Killer Ice-creams, Luke's Kitchen, cafe and store. 5 minute walk to tennis courts and playground.

Activities for 6yrs and over. Some activities available for younger children. Playground and free BBQ/Picnic area plus water hole.
