About this Holiday House

This is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury waterfront apartment situated in the iconic Art Deco T&G building. The high ceilings and large sash windows fill the apartment with natural light. You are offered 148sqm of living space with spectacular views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean, the historic Sound Shell and the every changing Marine Parade. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen and a separate dining area. Take advantage of this for more formal dining or use the bar stools where you can enjoy the early morning vista or listen to the sound of the ocean. The apartment has two bedrooms. The master suite with it's King sized bed has its own private ensuite complete with shower and bath. The second bedroom is located off the lounge and has a Queen bed. When not in use. opening the large double doors will give you a further sense of space. The second bathroom can be accessed by all occupants and has a large shower facility. Looking out from this area you will capture views of Cape Kidnappers. Only minutes walk away from the apartment you can experience the interesting cafe scene, indulge yourself in a bit of retail therapy or learn more about the numerous Art Deco buildings located in the CDB. Book a winery tour or hire a bike and enjoy the many Cycling Trails that meander along the Marine Parade and beyond. Book a game of golf at the world famous 'Cape Kidnappers Golf Course'. The apartment is only minutes from the fabulous Art Deco shop and the MTG (Museum, Theatre and Gallery). Walking along the Marine Parade you can view the beautiful flora. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at Ocean Spa or view the marine life at the Aquarium. There is plenty for all to see and do. Must do: 50 metres from the start of the Cycling Trails which meander through local attractions, 10 kilometres from the Farmers Market held every Sunday where you can buy local produce, 5 minutes away from the Ocean Spa complex.

The apartment is located in an historic art deco building. Many photos have captured it's unique character. Excellent location if wanting to take part in the annual art deco week. Also, extremely well located for the Napier conference centre.

Please indicate expected time of arrival so that I can arrange to meet you. You will be met outside the entrance of the apartment building. The entrance is via a glass door next to the Lone Star restaurant. Please try to park as close as possible to the apartment (there is a loading zone outside which can be used if not occupied), unload and then I can show you the carpark. The carpark is off Herschell Street which is a short stroll away.
