The home is sunny with a cosy fireplace for winter getaways too. Plenty of parking on a full section and room for a boat. There’s live tv or enjoy the nostalgia of watching one of the many dvd’s in the evenings. Classic! The house has two Fridge/Freezers, so no more ham going to waste. A large deck that has outdoor loungers, outdoor bean bags, and outdoor tables and chairs to set up for outdoor living. The large backyard has nice shade and sunny areas available BEDROOM 1: New queen bed with access straight onto the deck. BEDROOM 2: New queen bed and a single bed in it too BEDROOM 3: Queen bed with a single top bunk bed above. BEDROOM 4: One set of bunk single beds with a Queen bed DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE: Single bed with Trundler single under it. Curtains can cordon off this sleep area. Double foam mattress and single foam mattress available. Dining table has 8 chairs that fit around comfortably. And extra fold out ones available. Please note: Please let us know if you require the porta cot. The shade sail and hammock are not always up in the backyard with us being away long term. WE ALSO HAVE A ONE BEDROOM SEPARATE STUDIO APARTMENT ON THE SAME PROPERTY. This can be available at an extra cost. This comes with another tidy kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, lounge and one bedroom. This has one queen bed and a set of bunks. You can see this in the photos. Great to stow away the in-laws or the couple with the noisy newborn ;)
