Beautiful ocean views with Motiti Island in the distance mixed with a lovely garden/tree outlook from the sunny deck and a rural scene of Papamoa Hills from the bedrooms makes for a relaxing holiday atmosphere. Outside stairs to upstairs. No internal stairs between floors.
All linen/towels are supplied. Compulsory cleaning and linen fee of $250 added to the booking.
