Sunny, spacious, family home. Central location to surf beach, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. This house is located in a quiet cul de sac and will suit a family wanting a quiet holiday. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed , the third bedroom has a king single and trundler bed if needed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. We have two spare mattress’ in the garage that is carpeted.Lots of room for the kids to spread out . The tramp is a hit with the kids. We have a comfy relaxing outdoor couch to enjoy the summer days and nights . We are looking for a families with children as the bedding is more suitable for two to four adults and then 2 or more children. NO GROUP BOOKINGS PLEASE!
