About this Holiday House

Tidy and comfortable three bedroom holiday home with 1 bathroom plus extra toilet. Fully furnished with a well supplied kitchen for home entertainment. This has been our family's beach house for many years and is now available to share with you. It is a short five minute walk to a quiet and beautiful section of Papamoa Beach, with surf-casting and pipi gathering a common sight. It is a five minute drive to the scenic Papamoa Hills Scenic Reserve walking tracks, a 15 minute drive to three different golf courses. Supermarkets and Fashion Island shopping centre 5 minutes away when retail therapy required.

5 minutes drive to shops and supermarkets and 15minutes to downtown Mt Maunganui or Tauranga. Bus stop 2 mins walk away with buses to all shopping centres.

This house couldn't have turned out better for our visit to the BOP. House was well situated on a quiet street.but within easy walking access to Papamoa Beach. Within easy access to facilities such as shopping Mall, cafes etc. Day trips to Whakatane & Rotorua accessed easily too on this side of town.. Home was comfortable and well equipped with everything you'd need for a great stay. Vehicle could also be garaged overnight which was extra peace of mind too. Thanks Sherrill for a great stay for us Mainlanders. The manager Chris (or as I called him the camp commandant) was unobtrusive and very approachable.
