Great coastal panoramic views 2 min's off the new eastern link highway and Only 8 min's drive to the beach...This is in a peaceful,rural setting in the Papamoa hills,adjacent to our own house and yet private, minutes away from the beach and hussle and bussle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui. Outlook is over foliage and Pines, and on to sea views. We are in the Papamoa Hills off Welcome Bay Rd which comes off the Mt Maunganui to Te Puke/Rotorua Highway. *Guest Comments: Cannot think of one negative thing to say!!! The beds were really comfortable, lots of linen and towels, the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need and all new and good quality! We had a great little weekend stay, so relaxing and peaceful :) the views were absolutely stunning & only got better at night. The location was awesome too, far enough out of town but still close enough to get in for things. Everyone wanted to stay it was amazing ! Western Australia. This was a great little cottage with an amazing view. Tucked away atop the hills over looking the ocean I was up every morning at sunrise to catch the slow march of the sun across the hills, ocean, and islands. The cottage was comfy, warm, and very clean and well supplied. Our schedule was so hurried we were really only there late in the evenings and early in the mornings so we never met our host in person but they were very friendly and helpful via the phone and email. It was a gorgeous spot to use as a homebase maybe 8 mins from Papamoa Beach, and an easy drive to Hobbiton, Rotorua, and all. We definitely would have stayed longer if we could have. Minneapolis, MN. If only we could have stayed longer! What a wee gem of a place - quiet, nice and private. The front lawn, view and vista is just stunning! And only 10mins to Papamoa. The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen/pantry again – very well equipped. The décor was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying in the cottage – very comfortable. We’d love to go back. Thanks again. Auckland. -------------------
