Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $30 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
