About this Holiday House

Magical Whangamata. 500m from surf beach and Otahu estuary. HOUSE sleeps 7, we have a new kitchen, French doors and Ranch slider in the living area opening out onto wrap around deck. The main brm has a queen size bed, 2nd brm also has a queen size bed, 3rd brm bunk set and fold out bed. All good sized rooms. Modern bathroom and a separate toilet. KABIN if needed is extra please enquire. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk set. Small kitchenette/living area and a bathroom. Total with Kabin (which is extra by negotiation) - Bedrooms 5 = 3 in house and 2 in Kabin and 1 bathroom inside house and one in the Kabin. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Good sized fenced section, great for children to play and/or parking. Minutes to Otahu estuary and dairy/cafe, Kayaking, fishing, surfing, swimming. Has a free view box but you can bring your Sky decoder if want. Fantastic local bars restaurants and shopping. Come and spend some time in our magical spot you won't regret it. Cleaner is extra $80.00 house + $40.00 Kabin

Special Amenities

Couple of minutes walk to reserve and safe estuary, ideal for children, surf beach nearby, great shops and cafes in town centre, holiday activities in the park for all ages, mini golf, great walks on your doorstep and lots to see and do. Indoor fire so it's great in the winter as well.

18 hole golf club plus 9 hole course close by and even mini putt, bush walks a few minutes drive away, tennis courts,, swimming pool and affiliated clubs in town, best surf beach just around corner.

Absolutely perfect style of a kiwi bach. Super short 5 min walk to beach and 5 min walk to estuary. It has a lovely homely appearance and a spacious outdoor desk where we could relax and enjoy the sun. Annie was super easy to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed. Was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway to the beach. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful bach we will most certainly be back again!! Bonus the outdoor shower was warm!!

Fabulous accommodation, clean, modern, personal style adds flair and freshness, its clear this is a cherished place to stay. Beds were all very comfortable, with the added bonus of a 'Kabin'for those extra guests if needed. The family loved the outdoor shower, always a bonus after a day out on the beach. Excellent size section, and lots of extra thought given to guests e.g instructions for everything, emtpy fridge/freezer and loads of pantry space, plus the ceiling fans and bedroom fans which were a welcome surprise. Our wee dog also loved it, and it was really nice being able to take him with us. Owners really great to communicate with. We dearly hope to return. Great value for money.
