About this Holiday House

Comfortable fully furnished and equipped beach house short distance from beautiful Paraparaumu Beach. House is one street (about 100 metres) back from the beach and within easy walking distance of Paraparaumu Beach village, restaurants, Kapiti boat club, golf course etc. Also close to children's playgrounds and an easy walk to the Waikanae River estuary. The house is fully fenced, 'on the flat', and very well suited for couples or small families.

Very nice house has very thing you need for a nice stay in kapiti Coast only thing we think it needs is air conditioning/heat pump master room bed was nice a comfortable thanks sue we really enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 2 nights at the Kapiti Coast Beach House. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We found the house clean and tidy in a nice quiet street close to the beach. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and made everything ready for us with only a few days notice. Would highly recommend. The section is not massive if you are wanting to stay at the house for a long time, but the beach is close by if you have decent weather.
