About this Holiday House

Comfortable fully furnished and equipped beach house short distance from beautiful Paraparaumu Beach. House is one street (about 100 metres) back from the beach and within easy walking distance of Paraparaumu Beach village, restaurants, Kapiti boat club, golf course etc. Also close to children's playgrounds and an easy walk to the Waikanae River estuary. The house is fully fenced, 'on the flat', and very well suited for couples or small families.

Absolutely perfect holiday home. Close to the beach and a dairy. It had everything we needed and more. It was so comfortable it was hard for us to leave!! If the opportunity comes up, we would love to stay again :).

The house is very well managed, very close to the beach, and has all the facilities. Sue arranged everything very thoughtfully during the stay. I highly recommend this holiday home.

This place is way nicer than the photos. A brick house with 2 good sized rooma, beautiful bathroom, decent kitchen and large lounge. There were basic supplies there so we didnt need to buy everything once we arrived. The location was great - very close to the beach, 4 square and takeaways. Sue was amazing to deal with. We highly recommend this bach and would definitely stay again. Thanks Sue!
