The Studio is situated at one end of our large home. The children have left, so this spacious studio room has become a gorgeous place to get away from it all and be within an easy stroll to the cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops. With separate access, a secluded balcony and access to the solar heated pool you can come and go as you please and will not be disturbed. (Note: the pool is only available between Nov and Mar) The fully tiled ensuite with mood lighting is divine! It includes a Hot Springs Spa Pool; a welcome sight in the winter after a game of golf, or to warm up after a dip in the sea during the summer months. The kitchenette comes equipped with kettle and toaster, a small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave, and a Weber BBQ is available for your use. We provide tea, milk and complimentary Nespresso Coffee pods. We aim to provide quality and luxury, from the leather electric recliner, large flat screen TV, to the large wine glasses and feather duvet and quality linen on the Super King Bed. You will love the location, we are in a secluded street with no footpaths and large Pohutakawa trees line the short walk to the cafe's and the local Saturday market. The beach access is a two minute walk. The area is fabulous for photography with Kapiti Island just off shore, or for biking along the beach front cycle ways.
