3 bedroom, relaxed comfortable house with a beach feel. 2 story house, living is upstairs with an open plan kitchen and dining area with a deck outside that overlooks a full section out the back. We have chickens in the back yard and an independent outside cat. The flat downstairs is occupied and separated from the house. The beach is a short walk but you can smell the salt air and hear the waves.
