Parking for 1 car without blocking in and some off street parking available. Master bedroom with ensuite has a super king bed. We also have a trampoline outside. There is a self contained granny flat attached to the house, which will also be rented out. Special conditions: We can leave toys and books out as requested. Self contained (attached) granny flat currently rented. The laundry is shared between this granny flat. There is no lawn, we only have a small section. The Mount Primary School is very close and of course so is the beach. Also - we do ask that our cat is fed during your stay.
