• Nelson Panorama Haven will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including gas BBQ, Freeview, WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
** Booking Conditions
• No party or venue use. No Smoking. General Terms & Conditions apply - including a card authority as a bond (you will need to provide this authority directly to Holiday Nelson).

• Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. We just seek an assurance that your pet is house trained, that you'll provide appropriate supervision and ensure any issues are covered. We'll send you terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.
• Personal home - This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
** Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
** Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
