The apartment offers main bedroom with Queen bed, views & ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers Queen bed + King-Single Bed. This is a spacious, warm & ultra comfortable apartment with air conditioning, high-speed free WiFi & Sky Sports TV. This is an ideal base for your Nelson getaway! Special notes: >Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. >Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. >Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building. >Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. Special Amenities

Portacot and High chair for hire $30 each. Secure internal garaging provided for one vehicle less than 2.0m in height. For larger vehicles free time-unrestricted off-street parking is available within 5min walk of the building. The building offers secure entry & elevator access. Please note that Security cameras have been installed in all the car parking areas, the entrance foyer (by the lifts) and the lift landing on each level. Camera footage is backed up to cloud storage and then deleted after a month.

No natural light in second bedroom, location very noisy re constant traffic flow.

Thanks for your feedback Laurence and sorry to hear the traffic was running quickly and that disturbed your stay. We’d love to be able to rewrite the body corporate rules but this is unfortunately outside of our control. We do manage a number of accommodations above the waterfront with more leisurely access, away from the main roads. Please give us an email or call next visit to Nelson and it would be our pleasure to recommend some of these options :-)

I stayed in the Seapath apartment for 3 nights in the lead up to my Wedding. It was a beautiful and picture perfect apartment to stay in prior to the Wedding. The view across to the waterfront and location was perfect. Lovely and relaxing atmosphere with very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

No need to look any further, this place has it all! Location is Beautiful, we didnt need to leave our apartment, it was spacious, clean, and had a tasteful calming decor. A few minutes walk to several Harbourside Cafe's and Restaurants, and a short stroll to town centre. Rob our Host was helpful and efficient right from start of booking, making this an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning. Thank you,
