With everyone spread comfortably across separate sleeping spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms there's no morning chaos either: an ensuite with walk-in shower off the master bedroom, a large family bathroom with a freestanding tub big enough for four (small) kids at once, and a separate powder room for added convenience. It's a hit with kids and adults alike, featuring a ping pong table for friendly competition or late-night tournaments. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for shared meals and morning coffees, with a fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso machine (capsules provided). The adjoining lounge is a cosy spot to relax with a smart TV and ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and features sliding doors to close it off from the kitchen/dining area if you need a quieter space. Ducted air conditioning throughout keeps things cool in summer and cosy in winter. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, take a dip in the heated pool, and fire up the Weber BBQ for a classic, laid-back Papamoa evening. Just a few house rules to mention...we're in a quiet family neighbourhood so we do ask that guests respect that. No parties or gatherings, quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, no pets, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Just so you're aware, we also have security cameras at the front door and driveway side of the house.
