About this Holiday House

Our home is very popular with families with young children & dogs as it is fully fenced with swimming pool. Please only inquire over New Years and Jan period if you are a family. Note I have put 8 max but we only have 7 beds but if your booking is 5 / 6 adults there are 3 trundler beds for young children. Short term only. Please note 5 night minimum stay. We rent it over over school holidays and it may suit through out the year so please contact us. Additional cleaning fee of $100 and please provide own sheets and towels. We can supply linen at an additional charge of $30 per bed. For the house $150 800m from the beach, Bayswim, the skate park and 800m from Bayfair shopping complex. Woodburner is ready for those chilly evenings. The house has fantastic decking for all day sunshine and inside / outside entertaining.

This house is amazing - large, airy, clean, beautiful and relaxing decor - and the pool and spa were awesome! So great, we almost didn't need to go anywhere :) But we did - it's wonderfully located for the teenagers to go to the Mall, easy to visit the Mount and Papomoa for markets/exploring, buses outside gate, etc., Katie is also an awesome host, having lots of tips and helpful info. Thanks :)

Great location, close to everything. Comfortable beds and a beautiful garden. Great space for kids and dogs. We loved using the pool and the spa. The beach, shops, playground, skatepark and basketball court were also very convenient.

Lovely character filled home. Between the pool, spa, nearby skate ramp, shopping mall and great cafe's - everyone was happy! Perfect for the dog too as the property is fully fenced and the nearby beach welcomes dogs any time.
