A charming two-story New Orleans-style building with retail and hospitality spaces on the ground floor and a backpackers at the rear of the first floor. The building has undergone major renovations, bringing energy and vibrancy to this end of Bridge Street. Stay central, stylish, and comfortable - the perfect base for exploring Nelson City!
• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
• Noise in the area - Properties in the central city may experience some evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.
