Loved it. It's a tasteful and eclectic mix inside - lovely restful colours, fully lined curtains, lovely bedding, appreciated the vases of flowers, the varieties of teas offered, the good quality ground coffee etc. It's in a little lane, very quiet, surrounded by lovely houses, with hills in the background - and it's a very short walk to the centre of town! Terrific! It is suitable for a single person or a couple. The little single bed in the upstairs mezzanine would not suit most adults. As the listing makes clear, the studio is in the owners' garden, so you may feel a little overlooked if you are wanting a romantic weekend away. For me, it was ideal. The studio has a little patio of its own and the garden is filled with flowers - all very fragrant and beautiful. Anne, the owner, sent very careful instructions to find the place. You will definitely need the instructions, so follow them carefully. I loved this place and will definitely stay here again if visiting Nelson.
