Please be aware that the home is located on the second level of the property & is accessed via stairs. The owner's boat (not available to guests) occupies the carport area & the garage is reserved for owner storage. The laundry is located in the carport. A single off-street carpark is available for guests. The carpark is parallel to the house & directly in front of the car-port & garage door.
