Amazing views of the Poor Knights, Elizabeth Reef and surrounding countryside. 29 acres of land which includes 20 acres of QEII Native Protected Bush. 1 Master Bedroom with Super King Bed. Two x Loft rooms with Queen Beds and one single bed. 1 x Bathroom. Pizza Oven, Fire Pits and BBQ. Close access to Whananaki, Sandy Bay, Woolleys Bay, Matapouri and Tutukaka. **Modernisation renovations are currently underway, property will be ready for guests/ bookings by mid November 2025, at which time new photos of inside and outside will be provided**

Special Amenities

Large 2 acre flat manicured lawn surrounded by native bush and farm land. Security gate access to private tar seal farm road. Extremely private location with amazing views of the Poor Knights Islands and beyond. We have farm animals on the property which guests can appreciate but please don’t chase the animals or native birds. Kiwi, Morepork, Pheasants, Paradise Ducks, Tuis, Wood Pigeons, Kingfisher, Quail and many other bird types all live on the property so we ask all ours guests to help protect these wonderful creatures.
