Elevated Beach Front accommodation at one of New Zealand's iconic surfing beaches. Great for everyone whether you enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing, tramping or just relaxing at the beach with your family. Staying at our "Ocean Paradise", whether having a BBQ on the deck, or waking in one of our 3 super king bedrooms, you have an amazing elevated view of the whole beach with the property boundary being only 5 meters from the sand.

Sandy Bay is one of Northlands most iconic surfing destinations with a beautiful sandy beach, that's treat for all ages to swim. Daisy Bay is just one minutes walk at the end of our driveway for a very secluded beach experience. The Whananaki walkway also starts from this point. Wooleys Bay, Matapouri, Whale Bay and Tutukaka are a short drive away. You can book surfing lessons at Sandy Bay through www.tutukakasurf.co.nz (groups or individual) Or, book a horse riding experience along the Native Tuna Trail, (Dec - May) for families or individuals, need to book early.
