This is a self-contained studio unit downstairs in our home. The studio has a King bed with bedsides and a small set of drawers. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, cooking element, jug, and toaster. The seating area has a TV. WiFi is also provided. There is an outdoor table and chairs, and a portable BBQ is available for use. It has a separate entrance to give you exclusive access for the time of your stay. Off-street parking is available. Situated in the suburb of Waipahihi with views of Lake Taupo and access from the property to the Waipahihi Botanical Reserve next door. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the lake edge and a similar distance to the popular Debretts Hot Pools. It is only a 5-minute drive to town. The garage is available to store bikes, skis etc.
