The top floor of the house features a large master bedroom with spectacular lake & mountain views - with ensuite and spa-bath. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor entertaining. The downstairs living area opens out to a courtyard and a games room with table-tennis and other games - perfect for keeping the older kids entertained! Fire up either of the 2 BBQ's (one is gas and one is charcoal) and sit around the fire-pit creating memories with friends or family. Hilltop House is a popular spot for family groups of up to 12 guests. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
