The lake is at the doorstep, and town centre is just down the road. Located across the street from the waters edge, with uninterrupted lake and mountain views, you will not want to leave. There is a front balcony to sit and take in the views, and there is also a covered outdoor entertaining/BBQ area at the back of the property. Bedding configuration is 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen + 1x Single. There are 3 bathrooms, including 2x ensuites. The main bathroom has a jetted bath tub. Heatpump/air-conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. This property is completely secure with a roller door to access the driveway from road front so you have the peace of mind of a secure property. Please note, we do not allow children under the age of 12 years old at the property. Maximum 7 guests. Special conditions: We ask that this house be respected at all times and left as you find it. Absolutely no parties/event or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close. Please note, the gas fire is not operational, however the house does have a heat-pump to keep you warm in the cooler months. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $35 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
