It has fabulous lake views, private access, a heatpump, a fully equipped kitchen, and use of an outdoor seating area - plus is just a few minutes drive to central Queenstown The studio is self contained with private access, a queen bed with luxury linen, fully equipped kitchen, sofa, freeview TV with Netflix, ultra fast wifi, a private bathroom, and an amazing view over the mountain and lakes. There is a heatpump/air con unit so you can be nice and cosy in winter and cool in summer. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and selection of teas for you to enjoy a hot drink while taking in the views. We supply cosy dressing gowns, slippers and hot water bottles to keep you toasty in winter. The studio is only a 20 min downhill walk to town, or a 3 min drive. Walking home is a relatively uphill slog however if you don't fancy it you can jump on a $2 local bus from town which stops at the end of the road and runs every 15-30 mins. To the side of the unit is a seating area for your exclusive use where you can enjoy the beautiful view and sunshine. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet so you will have a lovely night sleep, but is very handy to town for all its bars and restaurants. The best of both worlds!
