Bedrooms: Master bedroom has very comfortable Sleepyhead Kingsize bed and ensuite. Bedroom two down other end of hall has a Comfortable Sleepyhead Queen bed Bedroom three has a Comfortable Sleepyhead King single bed (note - if you require an additional bed to book for 6 people, I can take out the desk in this room and add a single sleepyhead trundler bed) The kitchen has an Italian Rocket coffee machine and grinder to enjoy fresh coffee in the morning. Comfortable outdoor seating patio with covered BBQ. This area is fully fenced. There is a lovely relaxed walk nearby which is the Daisy Hardwick Loop which is an easy, mostly flat 8.5 km trail run around Waikareao Estuary in Tauranga. (or you can walk out and back as far as you like from the house) Quiet little lane with surrounding neighbours so only quiet and considerate guests. Definitely no parties allowed. Parking for 3 cars outside the front of the garage area. The house is available over the Christmas and New Year period from the 18th December to the 7th January. (21 days). I would prefer one three week booking but I am open to 2 bookings over this time. Enquires welcome.
