About this Holiday House

Harbour and city exclusive holiday studio accommodation. Totally private, self contained and separated from main house. Sleeps up to three people, with fully equipped kitchen.Also includes a secluded outdoor area furnished with table and chairs. Cycling track, yachting, wind-surfing, boating; just a stroll across the road. Situated adjacent to Kulim Park for harbour-side barbecues and picnics 5 minute walk to cafe, dairy, supermarket, bar and eatery. 3.0km to city centre. 7.6km to Mount Maunganui and surrounding beaches and restaurants. Just a five minute walk to a 9 hole golf course and explore the bike and walking paths that run around the foreshore of the city. Please note that Kulim park has a railway line that runs behind it and surrounding properties

Across the road from the tauranga harbour to enjoy windsurfing,boating and kite surfing . Situated less than a minutes walk is Kulim Park, which provides a children's playground,picnic,swimming and BBQ areas. 9 hole golf course is located around the corner, with different tee positions for 18 hole games. Just across from the golf course is a supermarket, dairy, and various cafes. Please note that Kulim Park has a railway line running behind it all the properties.

Amazing studio, super cozy and clean. It's fully private and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easily accommodates 3 people. Great location, just a 1 min walk to the park and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you very much Helen :)

Lovely location near the ocean, cute studio that comfortably sleeps 3. Well equipped for cooking and surrounded by pretty gardens. Train tracks run behind and the train is loud. I’m a light sleeper but it wasn’t really a problem for me.
