This charming, family-friendly bungalow is super central to Hanmer village. It's just a 5-minute walk to the hot pools, neighbouring cafes/restaurants, and the Four Square. Make the most of this property’s amazing location and enjoy walking everywhere! Roll out of bed and onto the golf course (across the road) or stroll to the lake playground and check out the shops. The domain with tennis courts, skate ramp, and playgrounds is also a short 5-minute stroll. For a more invigorating walk, head out the gate and up Lucas Lane, which gives access to Conical Hill and amazing views of the village.
Nestled on a private section surrounded by trees and garden, this property has character features and is fully secure for children and dogs. In the summer months, enjoy your morning coffee or dine outdoors in leafy surrounds. In winter, enjoy the cosy log burner. There is a heat pump and heat distribution system for added comfort and convenience.
Watch the world go by out the living room window or watch the smart TV (Chromecast supplied). There's free WiFi (fibre broadband). There's also a DVD player.
Note that the shower is over the bath so you need to be able to step into the bath (i.e. shub). There is no dishwasher but the view from the kitchen sink is lovely.
The home is suitable for up to 5 people. There is room for a port-a-cot (cot not provided) next to the single bed.
If you would like to bring a furry family member (dog), please ask.
Guests are required to clean the home at the end of their stay so that it is ready for the next guests.

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is 11 am.
