You can easily walk to town via the boardwalk, so you're close to everything you need while still enjoying privacy and peace. This place is perfect for a family holiday. Surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens, it offers a truly special setting. The ground level features an open-plan living area with a cosy wood burner and heat pump, two spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. You'll love the large wraparound deck overlooking the gardens. We've even converted half of the double garage into a second lounge, which is super convenient, especially if you have kids. And don't worry, we also have a cosy doggy house for your furry friend to enjoy some privacy and relaxation. The garden view bedrooms on the ground floor provide direct access to the garden, making it easy to step out and enjoy the natural surroundings. Upstairs, you'll find a beautifully appointed master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and stunning water views over the estuary. There's even a lovely little balcony where you can kick back and relax with your morning coffee.
