Welcome to our private sunny studio, ideally suited for a couple or a small family and the family dog is also welcome. A short 4 minute walk to the Surf club and the harbour. Set back off the road in a private location and is fully fenced. The studio is an open plan living area with indoor and outdoor dining, kitchenette and beds. Separate compact bathroom. There is also a fresh air ventilation supply. Pets allowed but please no persistent barkers or diggers, they are allowed inside but not on the furniture or beds. Cooking facilities consist of microwave, small benchtop multi oven/grill, electric fry pan and bbq. There is no cooktop. There is a Nespresso machine available, please bring your own capsules. This is a cozy, private and quiet retreat and respectfully request no parties. NOTE: If booked over new year, 31st December, we respectfully request no new years eve parties or gatherings on this night.
