Great location for family holidays, close to beach access and Island View kids park. Two storey home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. A maximum of 8 person allowed.
Includes: 3 x queen beds, 1 x single bunk bed, 2 x double pull out sofa bed, Smart TV, Sky, WIFI, 3 x Electric heaters, 1 x Fridge, 1x freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine (grounds), Washing Machine, Gas BBQ, Outdoor Furniture, Not Fenced, No tents or pets. No wheelchair access. 5 x off street parks at front of property (no parking at back).

RATES: Refundable Bond $200, Cleaning Fee $280 *please note public holiday move out cleans are extra - please enquire on cost, Booking Fee $80, Off Peak $500 P/N; Shoulder $600 P/N; Peak $700 P/N; Beach Hop $750P/N
RATE PERIODS:
PEAK - 20 Dec to 10 Jan
SHOULDER - 11 Jan to 31 Jan, Long weekends, Easter.
OFF PEAK - Rest of year
BEACH HOP - Special Rate
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your booking outside of a month of arrival we will refund any monies paid by you with the exception of the $70 Booking Fee. If you cancel your booking within one month of arrival date we will retain all monies paid by you until such time as a replacement booking has been secured. In the event a replacement booking is not secured, your deposit and any other monies held will be forfeited and you may be liable for the full amount of monies due for that rental period.
WARNING: WRE(on behalf of the owner), reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time, or to end the tenancy immediately for any breach of the renting terms and conditions.
WRE reserve the right to terminate the tenancy forthwith (immediately) if: the number of applied for occupants is exceeded; the tenants damage, or threaten to cause damage to the property; there is a breach of the peace, or complaints are received from neighbours; the Police or Noise Control are notified. Should your booking be cancelled or terminated as a result of a breach of any of these conditions all booking & bond monies paid will be forfeited.
