There’s plenty of sleeping options - the master bedroom (queen bed), 1st single bedroom (king single with trundler), 2nd single bedroom (king single bed with trundler), cozy lounge (giant couch sleeps 2 people plus fold-up queen bed) - and there’s room for a tent on the lawn if you desire! The log burner and heat pump will keep everyone cozy in the cooler months too. Enjoy brunch or dinner and drinks on the large partially covered deck, which flows to the generous fully fenced backyard with veggie garden, outdoor fire, spa and Weber BBQ. Located on a quiet No Exit street, there’s also Wifi (ultrafast fibre) to keep everyone happy. The white sandy beach really is a 5 minute drive (or a 20 minute walk) and Bayfair mall (with its brand new stores, dining precinct, gaming arcade, and cinema) only a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk). Trendy Mount Maunganui cafes, hot pools, playgrounds, golf courses, driving range, BayPark and Bay Oval/Blake Park are all very convenient too. This house is our family home and is perfect for a family or group of extended family/friends; it is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping and will not be rented to teenagers or party animals sorry :)
