Families only please. This original Mount Maunganui school house will suit your down to earth family holiday. This home has slowly been renovated over the years to accommodate our growing family with more work to be done. It is clean and comfortable with a mix of old and new. Sit back and relax on the spacious deck or soak in the spa after a day of enjoying the Bay of Plenty. The house is set up for a family looking to enjoy our piece of paradise. The main room has a king size bed. second room has a king single with a pull out trundler to make a double or 2 singles. The third room has a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). There are 2 toilets and a shower over bath combo. Fully fenced section so the little ones are safe to roam. Trampoline and childrens indoor and outdoor toys to play with. Supermarket, central cafes, parks and beach all within 5-7 minutes walk. One off street car park, bbq, wifi. washing machine, dishwasher + 1 CAT: We do have a cat that likes to stay at home. The people renting the house will need to be kind animal people and keep her watered and feed. Note: Over the New Year period we a looking for family bookings. House Rules: - Have fun and make memories. - Strictly no parties or events. No extra guests to stay at the property other than those agreed to at time of booking without written consent from the host. Noise must be keep to a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 7am as to not disturb the neighbours. And noise to be kept to a respectable level outside of those times. - No smoking inside. No smoking on the outdoor couches. No illegal substances or illegal activities conducted on the property. Any breach of the rules may result in eviction with no refund.
