It is carpeted, has 4 foam mattresses, 3 Bestway double sized airbeds and a sofa bed. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower, perfect for use once you’ve returned from the estuary/surf beach or to wash the dog. There is plenty of parking, it is fully fenced at the rear of the property to ensure the kids/dog are safely contained. The booking is for up to 10 guests but the house/garage can accommodate more if stated in the booking. Bedroom configuration: Rm1 - Queen & Single bed (Ranch slider door access to deck) Rm2 - Queen bed (Ceiling fan) Rm3 - King bed (Ceiling fan) Rm4 - Queen bed (Ceiling fan) Rm5 - King bed (Ceiling fan, Ensuite/toilet) We have tried to make the booking as simple as we can! - No extra cost for having your fur baby stay as long as you respect the property and furniture. - Bedlinen is supplied with beds made up ready for use. - Kitchen linen is supplied. - Initial supply of teabags, instant coffee, Nespresso coffee pods (10), Council recycling/rubbish bag, toilet paper, is provided.... you may need to bring/buy more. - A bathmat and hand towel is supplied in bathrooms - you are required to bring your own beach & bath towels.
