Tucked away in a quiet and family friendly area for children of all ages, this house boasts 3 bedrooms upstairs and a rumpus downstairs with its own toilet and indoor/outdoor shower. It is merely a short walk away from all amenities including the golf course if you feel like perfecting that old swing of yours. In addition, the estuary is an 8 minute walk while the surf beach is only a 5 minute drive away. The Mangawhai Heads town is a stones throw away with either a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive This house provides plenty of space for outdoor entertainment and if you feel like popping out for a few with the lads/lasses the Mangawhai Village is where you will find the local pubs and tavern which offers live entertainment on the odd occasion. If you like markets you're in luck ! Because there is also a farmers market at the tavern on a Saturday and another on the other side of town at the local school, just in case you want to have a browse on a clear Saturday morning :) For a bit of family time and activity, you'll find the park/playground for either a game of Tennis/Volleyball/Soccer/Basketball/Skateboarding/Swings Etc... The Skate ramps/bowls are popular for International/National events. Then of course you have the Mangawhai Heads Beach which is a patrolled Surf Beach that is only a 5 min drive away or you can carry on to Langs Beach, Picnic Bay or Waipu Beach which are about a 12 - 15min drive further on.
