Located in Ligar Bay, this is our family home that we rent out for other families to share at times when we are away. Please respect our home - this is not a holiday house - it is where we live most of the time. No parties allowed - it is devastating to come home to find all your glassware smashed. Please also note that this is a family home, not a pristine 5-star luxury resort, so there will most likely be a weed or two in the garden and the odd cobweb in the corner. We have 3 bedrooms - the main with a queen bed and two others each with a single bed that has a rolling trundle. Our dining room has two sets of fully opening doors that both open up onto our wrap-around verandah. In addition to the ensuite off the main bedroom we have a main bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet as well as a laundry. We have plenty of fully fenced lawn space for kids to play, as well as swings and playhouse. We also live less than 100m from the beach - a source of all-day entertainment! Please note that we have a TV, but we DO NOT get TV reception. If you have an online account you can stream to our TV via Chromecast. If you are looking for a place to either relax and unwind, or seek adventure, or both then this is the place to visit!
