Spend your days out and about enjoying Taupo's many attractions, and spend the afternoons soaking in the spa-pool on the sun-soaked private deck. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home boasts 2 living areas, and plenty of space for up to 8 guests to holiday together. Beautiful gardens border the property, and offer privacy. Upstairs, you can enjoy views of the lake from most of the bedrooms. Lots of parking space at the rear of the property where you can park the boat, or vehicles out of sight. Please note, there is no access to the garage. Bedding configuration is: Master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) 1x Queen, Second bedroom 1x King, Third bedroom 1x King, Fourth bedroom 2x King-singles. The 2x King beds can each be split, to make 4x singles. If you require one or both of the king beds to be made up as singles, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Air-conditioning/heat-pump, and fire-place to keep you comfortable all year round. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. The property has a security camera at the entrance.
