This large but cosy 4 bedroom holiday house has all the comforts you will ever need for a family holiday. The upstairs has the master bedroom with the bathroom and bath with shower with separate toilet. Spacious lounge with a DOUBLE sofa bed and comfy lounge suites to relax and unwind, check out the stunning view of the lake and mountain. Also upstairs is a huge well equipped kitchen/ dining room perfect for large groups or families. Downstairs is setup so guests can have plenty of space and is ideal for 2 or more families or sports/school groups to be together. Leading downstairs from the dining room is a large rumpus room and 2nd bedroom "The Europe room" with 4 King singles, DOUBLE sofa bed, with 3 spare mattress and an AIR HOCKEY table. The 3rd bedroom "The USA room" has 2 king single beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen-size bed. There are also TWO-bathroom downstairs, with Washing machine and Dryer in the end bathroom. There is a sauna available which is ideal to warm you up after a day at the mountain skiing or snowboarding. Also BBQ area and outdoor furniture and double Kayak for use in summer. There are so many activities to do in Taupo it is the ideal holiday house so you can park up the car (plenty of parking) and explore Taupo’s popular restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc . Free FIBRE fast internet. SMART TV's in every bedroom and lounge. There are TWO air conditioners upstairs and downstairs, FIVE Panel heaters making a very warm comfortable family home, well equipped and so close to everything.
