The large open-plan kitchen and living area opens wide onto a huge covered ground-level deck and yard. An open gas fire adds an extra bonus for the cooler months. The double rooms are at opposite ends of the house, and there is a great bunk room. The full size bath is ideal for young families. An easy stroll leads to the cafe, shops, surf club, children's playground and 4km of beautiful white sandy surf beach with lifeguard patrols in summer. For more relaxed swimming, the calm sandy estuary beach is 1 km away. Five minutes walk reaches tennis courts and another playground. If you want a change from the beach there are so many other things to do. An 18 hole golf course is at your door step. Art galleries, markets and movie cinemas are all within an easy 5 minute drive. There are beautiful cafes, restaurants and vineyards scattered all around in stunning surroundings just waiting to be discovered.
