Inside, the house is warm and welcoming, featuring a wood-burning fire in the main living area, plus heat pumps/air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs for year-round comfort. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite) provide plenty of space for up to 12 guests. Please note: the property is not fenced at the lakefront, so young children must be supervised at all times. Room Configuration - Upstairs - Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x Queen Bed Downstairs - Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen + 1 x Single Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Single over Double Bunk Bed + 4 x Single Beds House Rules and Information - Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. Guests have access to the garage for the kayaks/bikes and for storage of personal items, but please note there is no space to park a vehicle inside. *Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $35 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Minimum age to book: 25 years
