All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay.
We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.
We require photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorisation of $250 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.

We may request a security deposit of $250 which is refundable less credit card fees

Once your booking is confirmed please email photo ID, you will also be asked to provide your Credit card details which will have a pre-authorization of $500
