An extensive shopping centre, Tower Junction, is just a 15 minute walk away. Being on the Riccarton side of Hagley Park, the city centre, on the opposite side, is just a relaxing 20 minute walk away straight through the park.

We loved the place and the position. That’s a great walk through the botanic gardens across the road through to the city. (Super cold, but great)

Comfortable, has everything we needed, warm and spacious, surprisingly quite for a city flat. Thank you for the welcome Oreos :). We would deff rent this place again. perfect. on a random Side note there is a gap in the back door (bottom seal) that lets cold ai in. The tree leaves are coming into the house, via windows etc. and we laughted at the hand prints on the lounge ceiling. :) thank you.

All of our houses offer 24-hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3 PM and check-out is before 10 AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information before your stay.

We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair, and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.

We require a photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorization of between $250 - $500 (larger property) the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.
