And around the back of the house is another private deck which is lovely in the mornings. This is our family beach house -so please respect it There are two apartments on this property - but you will have the place exclusively when booked. (Owners apartment is next door but owners will NOT be on site if there is a booking). The sleep out is below the top deck and has one queen bed and bunks. (so sleeps 4). The sleepout is more suitable for teenagers as it’s not accessible internally from the upstairs apartment. Please bring own linen, pillow cases & towels. Duvet and pillows supplied. Tea,coffee and sugar. salt and pepper etc all supplied The sleep out has a games room with a TV and DVD player with heaps of DVD's for the kids and full size table tennis table. Check in is 12pm and check out is 1pm. Owners apartment could be available to rent as well if two large families are looking to book.. please enquire for the price.
