Situated on the waterfront at Bowentown, Waihi Beach on the sandy Tauranga Harbour, a playground for windsurfing, kayaking and paddle boarding. 3 bedroom pool house has 6 beds - 2 queen, 2 double & 2 king single with 2 bathrooms and a sauna and games room. Separate building near the pool-house is the Studio room with 1 queen bed and bathroom. Underneath the front house is a discrete private unit with a queen bed and a single bed and bathroom. Private and discrete manager accommodation is upstairs in the front house. Daily access to the fenced pool area will be arranged with guests at the time of arrival to enable daily maintenance of the spa and heated pool. Ideal for corporate or large families wanting an up market holiday experience. Sleeps up to 18 with guests sharing the 11 beds; 5 bathrooms and 1 kitchen.
