The Outlook features a patio, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a spa bath. This property can sleep up to 8 people It is located just a short walk from town and the apartment has lake and mountain views. There are multiple balcony areas to enjoy the view or to sit at the end of the day and watch the sunset over Cecil Peak and the spectacular Lake Wakatipu. The rear patio is private and has a gas BBQ and dining table. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (all Queens) located on the lower level. The master bedroom is large with its own ensuite (including spa bath), walk-in-robe, balcony and office work bench. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both Queen rooms and share a bathroom (these bedrooms do not have lake views) The 2nd floor is the main living areas including an open plan lounge , dining area and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a balcony, open fire and SkyTV. This area also opens out into the rear patio with BBQ and outdoor dining table. The 3rd floor has a large King Bedroom (which can be split into 2 singles) and its own bathroom and balcony. There is a washing machine & dryer located just off the garage on the ground level. One of the garages has spare firewood for the open fire upstairs and the other has storage for your skis. Wifi & linen is included in the price. There is also good cell phone coverage at the property. Heating - in addition to the underfloor heating we also have an open wood fire and electric heaters in the bedrooms.
