This modern warm 3 bedroom one level apartment is situated within 5 min walking distance to downtown Queenstown which will get you to many highly regarded restaurants, bars and access to many of the adventure activities Queenstown has to offer. It has a car park available, or if you don’t want a car you don’t need to, with only a 5 minute walk to the downtown action or ski transportation. Shuttle pick up area for transport to local ski areas is only 100 mtrs down the road. The living and dining area has been comfortably furbished with modern furniture for you to sit back, relax and enjoy at the end of the day and in winter in front of the fire. Whether you have enjoyed a day making the most of the adventure capital of New Zealand or skiing the slopes, snuggle up in the barrel chair and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu or sit on the balcony to view the gondola and surrounding mountains. If you don’t feel like going out you can relax surfing the internet or watch your favorite movie or television series on Netflix. With its fully equipped kitchen you have the ability to enjoy a relaxing dinner in house, or head into town and enjoy any of the restaurants on offer. In the winter two wall heaters can be used to keep the apartment warm and when you are home the gas fire place will make it cozy. We also have underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. All linen included and has full laundry facilities for your use, we also include professional cleaners when you leave. Just remember if you have a car please make sure you park with the neighbor's access in mind in front of the unit’s garage. Or if able you can use the parks located just in front of the complex. Great property. Walking distance to town. Property was warm, inviting, clean and modern. Driveway park is very tight but doable in a smallish car. Property had all the amenities you could need.

Fantastic location - slightly impacted by the bypass project extending the walk to/from town. Great appartment just a little tired and could do with some touch ups.
