The elevated location presents uninterrupted views of Queenstown's iconic landmarks including Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors maximise the superb location and alpine views. Each of the three luxurious bedrooms has a private ensuite and the master bedroom is truly spectacular. The home also features a Hot Spring Spa and Weber BBQ, perfect for a Queenstown holiday! Villa de Luxe provides a peaceful setting on prestigious Queenstown Hill. This neighbourhood is perched above town, offering exceptional panoramic views. Guests are just a 15 minute walk down the hill to central Queenstown, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Another great vantage is the popular Queenstown Hill walking track starts just a few doors away. The Great Outdoors: With such an outstanding location, the home has been designed to lure guests outside to admire the world-class scenery. Morning, day and night the views are constantly changing; the alpen glow on the mountains is truly special. Relax on one of the several lounge suites and dine outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Best of all, unwind in the outdoor spa pool, which has fantastic views of Lake Wakatipu and Walter Peak. Living area: This is a truly elegant room, which features a large gas fireplace providing a lovely après ski ambience. There is a large Smart TV with Apple TV and SKY channels including sports and movies. Sliding doors run the length of both sides of this room offering a lovely summertime breeze, alpine views and flow to the outdoors. Kitchen and Dining: A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats 8. The sophisticated dining area has beautiful views to the front and also opens up to the sheltered patio area at the back. The open plan concept allows for maximum enjoyment. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The three bedrooms are on the upper level of the home. The beds are of top quality and all premium linens are provided. The master bedroom is a real show-stopper with exceptional views and a private balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 look out to the beautifully maintained gardens and Bedroom 2 also has gorgeous lake views. The master ensuite has a separate tub and shower, and the ensuites for Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shower. The bathrooms have rain shower heads, heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating. Configuration: The master has a super king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Bedroom 3 has a king split bed, meaning it has the option to split into twin beds if required. This offers nice flexibility for different group dynamics. Please advise your preference when booking. Conveniences and comforts also include a desk/work space with lake views, a double garage with internal access, a heated driveway for safety in the winter, full laundry facilities and underfloor heating throughout the home. Rates are inclusive of GST (15% NZ tax), free unlimited WiFi, all premium linens and a personal welcome upon arrival. Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean. Please note: There is a NZ$150 one-off fee if you wish to use the spa pool and it will be professionally valeted, up to temperature and ready for your arrival. There is also a NZ$1,000 refundable security bond that is due prior to arrival. *** When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming. - Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay. - Villa de Luxe is for a maximum of 6 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded. - If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$150 fee applies. - A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Villa de Luxe is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal. ***
